I own a 1957 Chevy Bel Air with a 283 V8. Its been 3 yrs just sitting. What do I ave to do to get it running?

Contact the ‘55-’57 Classic Chevy Club for the answers. They’re the experts.
if you popped a freeze plug you probably dont want to start the motor unless you want the whole of your radiator contents lying on your shop floor. clean up the engine bay, fix the leaks, spray some oil down the spark plug holes, (not much, like maybe half a teaspoon or so). You probably should clean the gas lines and tank out before you try to start it too.
