Michelle S asked:
I have a 2000 chevy Blazer and had the ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks changed but the thing still squeaks like rusty bed springs when I hit the slightist crack in the road.. I cannot find any grease fittings underneith. What am I missing?
It could just be your brakes going bad…
sound like it could be a bushing problem you have several bushings under the front, if your sure the noise is coming from the front here are some possible cause’s . control arm bushings the sway bar links and the swar bar bushing also the shock’s have bushing’s . have a machanic spray some good lub on these’s bushings, also us some greese in this bushings sometime’s the bushing’s get dry and need lubed, good luck!!
if uchecked the suspensions then it might b somethin silly. chech the mirrors or dashboard knobs and trims
I think you need to get a rust spray or something or get a new car……..your choice….. squeaky? or.. brand new car?
Replace all suspension bushings with polyurethane bushings. My two 1988 Fiero GT does that and I replaced all bushings on both cars, it stops squeaking.
Best of Luck!
EightyEight
get a can of silicone spray and spray to excess the bushings on the sway bar and the bushings on the springs
