In the future, I want to build a Chevy 305 or 350 that can take repeated, sustained abuse (like drag racing, etc).

What is the best way to build an engine and ensure that it will last?

I have heard of balancing and blueprinting. What else can be done?

My father and I are in the process of taking apart and rebuilding my mothers 1978 vette. It has a 327 in it and I am having a hard time finding a rebuild kit for a chevy 327 in that year. Most of the sites I go to show the chevy 327 only in older vehicles, like prior to 1970. Any ideas?

I bought my 2007 Chevy Equinox last year and its dead, We had 2 companies come and try to jump it and it wont work, it says battery is full. So something else is wrong. Do you know if Chevy provides a car for us in the meantime? Or will it cost us to get a rental?
