I grew up back in the late ’50′s and one of my earliest memories is my Mother’s old green Chevy Belaire. Now if you pinned me down, I couldn’t say for sure that it was a 1957 model year but what I do remember is the spacious interior it had. To a child of 5 or 6 it was immense.
It was a solid, dependable and comfortable environment for my brother and I. We always felt safe and loved going for rides.
57ChevyToys pays tribute to those bygone years by helping those who would, like myself like to hold on to that warm, fuzzy feeling by restoring, maintaining and caring for those classic cars that Mom and Dad used to drive. That time when the world was a safer place and when gas was a reasonable price.
